In this case, the AEI (Annual Effective Interest) will be 6.05%, and the total amount paid will be 763,455 lei. In this example, the costs of insuring the property were also taken into consideration, in the event that they would be concluded with the insurance company proposed by the Bank (UNIQA Asigurări): the PAD insurance premium amounting to 20 euros/year at the NBR exchange rate from 01.10.2019, respectively the estimated annual insurance premium for the optional policy calculated as 0.1% applied to the estimated value of the building.
