Banca Transilvania announces the first services available for the clients of Idea::Bank, as well as the launch of a microsite with useful information.
The integration of Idea::Bank into the BT Financial Group is ongoing until 13 June 2022, when the assignment to Banca Transilvania of the contracts concluded by Idea::Bank with its customers will be completed.
Banca Transilvania services for Idea::Bank customers, valid from 18 April 2022
- Use of the BT ATMs: all Idea::Bank customers can use their cards at Banca Transilvania ATMs under the same cost conditions as with Idea::Bank ATMs.
- Payment of instalments at Banca Transilvania: the Idea::Bank customers can pay their instalments related to the Idea::Bank loans also at the BT branches/units, as well as through self-banking, at BT Express machines, based on the barcode from the related documents generated by Idea::Bank.

In the next phase, starting with May 10th, Idea::Bank customers will receive by e-mail and/or via mail a personalized information on all products and services offered by Banca Transilvania, following the contracts assignment, equivalent to those of Idea::Bank.
Starting with 14 June 2022, Idea::Bank customers who become BT customers will be able to access products and services exclusively through Banca Transilvania.
BT announced in October 2021 the purchase of the entire stakes in Idea::Bank, Idea::Leasing and Idea::Insurance Broker, the third acquisition of a bank made by Banca Transilvania. Idea::Bank will remain a separate legal entity, part of BT Financial Group, which will have a new brand and will become a digital hub where online banking solutions will be developed.
