• ASF Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations;
• Law no. 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations;
• Order no. 6/2015 for the approval of Accounting Regulations compliant with European directives.

The annual report as at 31.12.2018 will be available to the public starting with April 30, 2019 at 17:00 (local time), both in physical form, at the company headquarters in Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd. 5-7, floor 6, as well as on the company's website www.idea-bank.ro, in the Investor Relations section https://en.idea-bank.ro/about-idea-bank/investor-relations/calendar-and-financial-results .
